Biography

Guided by faith. Grounded in service.

Kaysia Earley has spent her legal career fighting for people when the stakes were highest — their freedom, their future, and their fundamental Constitutional rights.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the prestigious Howard University in Washington, D.C., before obtaining her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida. As an accomplished trial attorney and founder of Earley Law Firm, Kaysia has tried more than 100 cases to verdict and secured hundreds of acquittals and dismissals throughout her legal career. Inside courtrooms across Florida, she built a reputation for relentless preparation, integrity, and zealous advocacy, holding the government to its burden of proving cases beyond a reasonable doubt.

As a former assistant public defender, the law has never simply been about winning cases. It has always been about upholding justice, preserving the Constitution, defending the rule of law, and ensuring every person is treated fairly and with dignity.
