You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident alien.
The contribution is made from your own personal funds and not from funds provided by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
You are not a foreign national lacking permanent resident status.
You are not a federal government contractor.
You are at least 18 years of age.
The contribution does not exceed applicable federal contribution limits.

Contributions are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
